About: Southern Coalition for Social Justice is a legal advocacy group dedicated to fighting alongside Black, Brown and low-income people for healthy environments, a fair justice system, and the fearless defense of voting rights. The organization was in need of a complete website redesign after rebranding. As a user experience designer, I focused on making their site easily navigable for those who used their previous site by keeping a similar website architecture. With over 100 total webpages and thousands of posts, designing this website took months to conceptualize, organize, and wireframe. In addition to designing the front-end of the website, I developed it in WordPress using Divi 5 and created original halftone collage images that adhered to the new brand.
